1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click “Add to Cart”. Then follow the checkout steps to complete your order securely.

2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at mimshackdesigns@yahoo.com. We will do our best to make the change before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee updates once the order has been processed.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately at mimshackdesigns@yahoo.com if you need assistance.

4. How long does it take to process my order?

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or personalized items may take longer, as noted in the product description

5. How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout, but please note delays can occur due to courier issues, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by destination country.

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags attached. Certain items, like personalized products or sale items, cannot be returned.

8. How do I request a refund?

Email us at mimshackdesigns@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

9. How is my personal information protected?

We take your privacy seriously. Your data is collected and processed in compliance with UK GDPR. We use secure systems and only share information with trusted third-party service providers for order fulfillment and payments.

10. What if my package is lost or damaged?

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. If this occurs, contact us at mimshackdesigns@yahoo.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
